Coming down the 5 south thinking I could get some grub and take a piss. They are open 24 hrs but apparently their restroom clocks out at a certain time because their toilet is close during the night.

We came in and waited for minutes to be helped before noticing two kiosks to place our orders. No one greeted us. There were no helpful hints about the new ordering system. They were also out of Coke. I appreciate the Christmas decor since it adds a personal touch, but what good is it without human interaction? This is the last time I will be eating here or at any Del Taco if they insist on touchscreens. At least give me a discount since I'm now doing the work of placing an order.

I go every Tuesday for taco Tuesday. And every time the taco shells are cracked and stale. Only reason for staleness is expired product. Also. About 50% of time. Im told to wait at ordering box. They also have me park on side to wait for my order. It’s inconvenient and I don’t understand why.

When we got there, there was a soda on the floor and when I got in line I noticed there was a couple of kids that were just being ruckus. Apparently it was family night at Del Taco, and the kids were running amuck and throwing things and spilling things. The mom was furious trying to corral the kids. The father was overwhelmed and just kind of checked out but the staff handled it very well and what's the family left they clean up everything and we're very professional. I couldn't help but laugh which the mother noticed and made her more upset but it was hilarious. Kudos to the staff though because they handled it very well.

Every Del Taco makes their tacos sssslightly different. And this one makes theirs GOOD!!! I had the 2 fish taco - fresh, fast and satisfying.

My order was completely ruined. I ordered from the drive through and after getting home my order was wrong. I was the only car so it's not like they were swamped. There is no excuse for being careless when there is no pressure.
