We waited about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. I'm glad I speak Spanish because she spoke no English. She didn't even understand the name of the plate I was ordering.I ordered a sampler platter. I expected it to come out first since it's an appetizer. We ordered drinks. I watched her standing there filling up cups for about 30 minutes. She finally came back with everything at the same time.The food was good, not spectacular, just good.Then she disappeared again. My husband left two pick up something from our house and came back. She still hadn't come by our table by the time he got back. I was seriously thinking of walking out without paying.It was frustrating but we paid. We didn't finish our food because we couldn't get the condiments we wanted. We couldn't take our left overs because that waitress never showed up.Parking: All Denny's have unnecessarily huge parking lots.

I always used to order the veggie skillet with no cheese, but unfortunately, it's not on the menu. There are no other big choices for vegan or vegetarian. I ordered a la cart now. It's faster service at the bar area if it's 2

I can only say that I am very disappointed in Dennys in Commerce, terrible service and worse food.When we arrived at Denys they seated us quickly but minutes passed and minutes passed and no one approached us to at least tell us “I'll be there in a moment.”One of the waitresses passed by but didn't say a word, so when I was already annoyed, I raised my voice loudly and told a lady who I think is the busgirl that we were ready, and a minute later a waitress arrived (she did serve us but no less quickly) but when we He brought our dinner and we had to ask him for napkins and utensils because that was not what they had brought us.Of course we didn't like the food but we were hungry because we had only had breakfast.Anyway, on our part no more ??
