El Taco Buchón came through for me! Roy and Juan were amazing over the phone — they took a catering order last minute and really saved me. I walked into the office at 9 AM suddenly put in charge of lunch, and they handled everything smoothly. We were missing absolutely nothing. Everything was there and ready.
The food was great, like always. Everyone enjoyed it. It tasted like a real home-cooked meal. Excellent service, super helpful, and reliable.

From the moment we walked into El Taco Buchon, we were greeted with warm welcomes that made us feel right at home. After placing our order, the staff let us know everything would be brought straight to our table—which was a nice touch. Soon after, we were served fresh, warm chips with four different salsas to sample. Each salsa had its own unique kick, and there was more than enough for the whole family to enjoy.
The food itself was flavorful and nearly perfect. As a family, we rated our meals an overall 8/10, which says a lot! Service was great too—the server checked in on us multiple times throughout our meal. We ordered the aguachile, which came out very traditional and not overly spicy. I tried both the grilled and fried shrimp tacos—the grilled were definitely the winner with bold flavor, while the fried were still good but had a heavier batter.
My daughter ordered the asada fries and gave them a straight 10/10. One of my boys got the birria tacos and said they were even better than Teddy’s Red Tacos 😱. My younger kids went with cheese and steak quesadillas—they thought they were a little on the cheesy side but still tasty.
Overall, El Taco Buchon impressed us with great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—you won’t be disappointed

So the wife and I ordered 6 tacos de buche and 2 tacos, El Buchon. The El Buchon taco was good. But the buche tacos which I was looking forward to because I was craving some good buche tacos but they were just alright. Kind of a let down for me. Plus we order food at 1:17 and didn't get our food till 1:45. Your gonna tell me it takes 28mins to make 8 tacos. Like dam gina and they weren't even that good 😒 The cocktail looked better than anything haha And we paid a lil over 40$ for 8 tacos. Don't think I'll be going back. Not worth the price for me on taste and service.
