I came to a networking mixer at this restaurant for the first time and I bumped into the owner making chilaquiles on the outdoor grill he had just set up. I didn't know he was the owner at the time I just remember him being very accommodating, friendly, and helping out any way he can. And when I bit into my chilaquiles oh man they were delicious!!! Very delicious, all the ceviche toasts and the delicious tacos to the governor 😋 highly recommended and the cashier is very friendly, I think his name is Roy. And the atmosphere is all relaxed.

You order at the counter, pay upfront, and they call your ticket when your food is ready—so it's a bit more casual, but still efficient.
