Not a good place sorry! Very depressing establishment, the asian lady, I think she is like wife of the owner very rude lack of smile and you say thank you and she will not answer back like a welcome!! Most of the time is slow there with out a single soul! I see why now!! I order once a sandwich and will never again order there, worst sandwich ever tried- all salty and nasty lost my money had to throw it out in the trash can… never again… asian lady needs to have better customer service and greet people with a smile not a sour face… if you wanna eat nasty food is your choice… me!! Never again will stop there.

Good food, so far I've had three sandwiches and sushi. All of my sandwiches were fresh and made to order. Same goes for the sushi. Hole in the wall environment. Makes it feel cozy. Also pretty cool that the soda machine has some old logos on it. The two people working are very friendly. They seem to recognize when you are a new customer and a returning one. On my last visit the lady asked if I enjoyed my sandwich from the previous visit. Very sweet couple. Stop by for a quick bite !

Friendly couple that works here. I like the sushi as it is always fresh. The only downside is the parking. You won't be disappointed though.

A nice little sandwich shop and a friendly inviting couple serving you. Sandwiches are simple but good and good size. Really good price as well for the food. Quaint and nice atmosphere. They have many sandwiches and bread choices to choose from. They also make sushi rolls and some ramen. I'll be coming back more often especially it's a short walking distance from my work Side of Mac salad with club tree sandwich was $8.00, Dining for lunch for under $10 in today economy, Not bas at all!
