It's a great chain. Love the food. Has a nostalgic touch for me. But this location has a personal issue. Lady Rosa(156) can't understand simple orders. Mostly because it was in English. Sorry but facts are facts... Also can't scan for points but offers to give the receipt and then when I get the receipt it's the wrong type because it has no bar code... I'm not working here. But I know it's not hard. Buttons are color coated. Mostly the whole thing is on rails for these folks and yet they have to mess something up for .... Reasons... I think it's to be noticed since they are usually unnoticed... Altho it's for the wrong reason and on top of what was stated they got the order wrong... Most likely the last time I heard to this location if not here in General. Will be sticking to the local Arrys in Montebello. Staff is Hispanic as well but not incompetent or unwilling to work. They get the order straight there, don't bother with App nonsense and is cheaper and about same quality if not better because the burger size and overall food portions are much larger for a lower dollar value. Now that's local love. Sorry Farmer boys but I will remember the times we had.

I love coming to this restaurant in Commerce because the service is really good, not to mention how delicious their food is! I was assisted by Ana. she was very attentive and professional. She recommended the bacon burger with guacamole and it was delicious. I liked her friendliness and eagerness to make sure we had a great experience!

Gets food wrong at this location all the time. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that was egg, cheese, bacon. No bacon at all and they won't do anything about it

this location is consistently terrible. I've never been to any other locations but the fact that the company is still in business would suggest they're not all this bad. there is always trash all over the floor in the restaurant. there are flies buzzing around. there is highly perishable food sitting out at room temperature uncovered. The restroom is worse than most outhouses. they seldom get the order right but if they do it's only after taking twice as long as the promise time from the app. just now, they tried to give me a pile of boxes and bags that was about four times what I ordered but didn't contain any of the things I ordered. I guess I should have just taken it and left since I stuck my name on it. but this shows that they don't even attempt to check the contents of the bag before handing it out, because nothing on my receipt matched any of those items.
The employees are not empowered to put things right at the store level and instead speak of policies and corporate offices.
if you manage to get the food you want, it often tastes pretty good which is the only reason I've come here more than once, but it's just not worth the pain of dealing with the location and staff.

I ordered a simple grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings and a shake More order came out to be over $25 once I received my order it did not have cheese my milkshake was not even full and the chicken had been way overcooked three out of 10 for me Not to mention the order of onion rings are supposed to come with four I got three
Serves is quick at 4 pm no wait in the drive Thur.
