It's Boba Time - Commerce

Some cashier name daisy took my order got it wrong and I told her and she snatched it out of my hands and tried to recharge me

Daisy R was really rude to my sister because she made her drink wrong and my sister tried to tell one of the ladies it's fine and Daisy R snatched the drink from my sister so I walk in asked for the original drink we were supposed to get and she kept adding stuff I didn't ask for and I had to correct her multiple time and daisy R short changed me and I was trying to get her attention and she walked away to the back so I stood by the register till she came out and told her I'm missing some money and she had attitude giving me my missing amout...that's really rude of her and I will be telling friends and family not to go anymore bc how rude this lady was like learn some manners

This is my favorite place for smoothies, but unfortunately this time it was not pleasant at all. I even brought my family so we could enjoy them once we got home, but as soon as I arrived and tried mine, it was nothing like what I expected. This is the second time at this location that my drink had almost no flavor. It wasn’t sweet, and by the time I got halfway through, it only tasted like ice.

Got the Thai tea boba as I usually do but for some reason it wasn’t filled all the way to the top and the boba tasted like straight rubber. The Thai tea tasted good tho

The barista brittany c was extremely rude to me and my father just the worst attitude I myself worked for boba time and from my understanding that is not how this franchise business ruins with customer service please address this matter

This location is clean !!! Only one problem one of the workers by the name of Luis is very Rude he's always in a bad mood , horrible attitude he always looks like he's in a bad mood 😒 and he was rude to my teenage son he's Lucky my Ghetto didn't come out other then that all the other staff are great ! Customer service are 💯

Love the macchiato and pistachio frappes 😋 they are definitely a must have on a warm day. I would recommend this place to everyone. I seriously always stop by even on rainy days out, since everyone that attends you, is always so nice and welcoming and the place is always fresh and clean ☺️.

Open late,seems workers with bad attitude,not prepared to serve anyone customers waiting on employee's

I didn't have any luck in that store because I bought a taro smoothie, a cookie and cream smoothie and a mango smoothie and it was pure water flavor ☹️

Excellent place to enjoy a cold, non-heated drink.

My dear friend waited 30minutes for her order the service was subpar at best the snarky looks didn’t make it any better! Mind you it took me 3 times to get their attention absolutely insane never coming here again 👎👎 oh and the food was cold at that!

Please have a little more supervision of the employees, let them wear meshes in their hair because they have them. The hair on the face. And in the drink they gave me Please look at the cameras of the day
