I'm sorry to say that this is the first time I get a person at the drive through window that doesn't know how to listen at all. It was useless to keep talking to him. He's probably new and still needs to learn a bit more English, I understand. But he shouldn't be at drive through yet till he gains more customer service experience and training. 😕

Just order a regular shake In drive through. Have me wait in front. The car in front of me and the 2 behind got their order. Cause they left. If the machine not working just say. After 5 min wait in left without my shake. They could keep my money.
