4 out of 5 times I go here the "system goes down" and they don't take debit card. They won't even tell you until after you order And spend more than 10 minutes in line

Food is decent. Service is terrible. Sometimes people were waiting 10-15 min to get their order taken at the register. Very little staffing. Seems like high labor percentage is more important than adequate staffing. Dining room and restrooms were dirty. Just like any other fast food joint drive thru is more important than the front counter. People were waiting for more than 15 min at the front counter for their food(depending on what you ordered). Service has been really consistent here the last 2 times I've been here. Do better.
