This is one of the WEIRDEST JACK N DA BOXES! I go to this jack fairly often.... I literally work 2 miles down the street!
I guess you can say... I've been going for 3yrs now. Its been dysfunctional a long time. Tonight caused me to type a review.
The wait is LONG.... you can be the ONLY CAR, behind 4 cars, you're gonna wait. 25% of the time? There's something wrong on my order, for example, tonight---- jumbo jack with cheese, NO LETTUCE, EXTRA MAYO....
It had lettuce and was fairly dry from lack of extra mayo! The food is overcooked 25% of the time... who the hell nuked my MOZZARELLA STICKS MAN!??
The bright side? The staff has been consistently friendly to me for years and I know there's a lot of turnover. Even had a conversation late with a cashier about music cause she heard music in my car

I live nearby but as a child my mother preferred Jack in the Box over MacDonalds so it what I’m used to but I do think the food is better in general.
The service at this Jack in the Box has improved greatly over the past year (perhaps) when I order either on the app or in person my order are complete and includes the condiments.
I don’t know their names but there’s a young lady in the early morning shift and a guy with long curly hair in the afternoons, both of who do an excellent job.
If Jack in the Box had an employee rewards program I’d recommend both of them.
I do order here frequently for myself and my son.
Compared to other Jacks I’d say this is the best, fortunately I live nearby. There is one across the street from my job and others I frequently pass by but this is my preferred Jack in the Box restaurant.
