I just had a racist, discriminatory experience in your cafe, and as a result I am never returning. The racist Latino male manager on shift Sunday 09/14 at 12:30 served 3 to 4 other people who came after me their orders before even beginning to make mine. I complained that my order wasn't done, and the manager proceeded to serve the order of another person who came long after I did. When I asked the cashier for a refund because I no longer wanted the food, she was prepared to give me one, and started processing a refund. But the manager stepped up to the cash register, pushed her out of the way and said they don't give refunds. I said I do not want the order any longer because of his discrimination and racism, and he refused to give a refund. I now have to dispute the transaction with my bank instead of him doing the right thing and returning my money for an order I no longer wanted. I visit this library multiple times a week, and I will never return to that cafe ever again. Not only that, it is now my mission to get that manager fired or Kelly's Fudge removed from the library--there is no place anywhere for that kind of racism and discrimination towards paying customers!

Coffee was good, employee was very pleasant but didn't speak a word of English. It was frustrating that every time I said something in English, she responded in Spanish.

Brings me my coffee when I'm waiting at the table and brings me my food too. Great for morning and a good vibe in the shop. Amazing jazz like music and very good egg and sausage muffins my favorite coffee shop MUST GO HERE!!!
