The bread is dry, stale, and overpriced. As well as their cakes

Love this place! Friendly and fast service along with tasty treats and coffee. The pan dulce was fresh and soft. They have a self serve area where you grab a tray and pick what you want or some prepackaged goods. They sell some hot food along with coffee and have a bakery with full size cakes. Definitely coming here again.

I love coming to this cafe in my lunch breaks. I love their sweets, my favorite is the chocolate croissant but I also liked the Dulce de leche. The people that work there are so sweet. Pictures is the horchata latte and it’s great!

They sold our school "Champurrado" 😂😂😂 yeah that was NOT champurrado. They gave us milk with what looked like like crumbs of chocolate. The audacity to call that champurrado is a sacrilege!
You feel very good from the moment you enter

Their cafe de olla is amazing cold or hot. Their bolillos are different but delicious and cinnamon rolls with nuez are ?

We live in this area and have visited the commerce location endless times.
We only get sweet pastries and coffee.
Today I decided to try the lunch burrito (chicken mole) priced at $8.50, I was presented with most mediocre frozen burrito on a paper tray.
It was obviously cold to touch, and when I asked if this is fresh, I was informed that it was frozen and we just toss it in the microwave before serving.
I asked it to be reheated again, and obviously they toss it back in microwave for extended period.
It was served back to me piping hot.
It was the microwave hot, means the exterior of the burritos was burning hot and the chicken mole was cold.
Due to being reheated the flour tortilla was flaked off and soggy.
I have never felt violated like this before.
Nothing will change me to try the lunch burrito again.

I have known this place since they opened and I have been a customer since then… but today their service was not very pleasant… the cashier was very fast and did not take my order correctly, and my mollette was burned… I wanted to use my points before paying and she told me first I paid and then it appears… and in the end he told me you had to tell me before and…. ??? That's why I told you ??♀️
Bad service
The coffee is great. There are several pastries available. They make their own in house marmalade. You have the option of enjoying regular coffee or Mexican style coffees. The servers are kind and respectful. The only thing that is a downside is the location. There is no view, just a parking lot and seating is minimal. However, in regards to the quality, the service, and the variety you cannot go wrong with this coffee shop/bakery.
Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy alternatives such as almond milk or oat milk.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
