Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn’t worth the wait. There’s absolutely nothing special about the food to justify such painfully slow service. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when asked about the delay. Save your time and money — there are far better options nearby.

Joselyn suggested chicken....good portion and tender. Half salad half rice for extra $1 worth it. This is the closest non fast food at citadel. Will take 10 to 15 min bc it is cooked fresh. Love the jalapeno

The Bulgarian Chicken Kabob plate was delicious. The chicken was crunchy but not too dry, and the buttered rice was very tasty. The pita bread was sooooo yummy. Soft and chewy, paired perfectly with the hummus. The jalapeno was suuuper spicy though. For a food court stall though, pretty good! Can’t speak for other dishes on the menu.
The service was good, but just a little slow, because there was only one guy working in the kitchen. The atmosphere was nice, can’t really expect anything mindblowing from a food court haha. But I’d come back here if I ever visit Citadel again!

The girl at the counter wearing a surgeons mask and air pods literally ignored me. I thought maybe she was busy so I waited for about 10 minutes but she was just milling around the back doing nothing. The guy cooking was the busy one and he saw me a couple of times and looked at her but she still didn't bother coming up to take my order.

Delicious and healthy! This is the only place in the Citadel Outlets food court that offers truly healthy food — not fast food. Everything is fresh and flavorful, and definitely worth the 10–15 minute wait. If you want sauce with your dish, just ask and they’ll gladly give it to you. Highly recommended!
I love this style of food and would eat it every day if I could. But I’m sorry this place fking sucks. Incredibly flavorless, no sauce included, cold pita. When I was ordering some guy came back to have his pita warmed up and sure enough mine was cold too. Save your money and eat Mediterranean elsewhere

Came to eat dinner but my American beef plate was aweful the meat 🍖 wasn't completely cook .it's supposed to be cooked like a BBQ style .my rice was aweful it was moshie,wet.my tomato 🍅 was also nasty wasn't grilled correctly Is it that the cook is new and doesn't have the experience. I'm real shocked its not a real Mediterranean restaurant like others .hope the owner will see this and respond back to your customers
