Had a chile relleno plate. Obviously prepackaged, rice and beans were almost inedible. Maybe the breakfast is better. Service was good and it was clean.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for breakfast, Asian and Mexican, but can’t recommend.

I walk in this morning. Service is bad and food is the worst. My order was wrong. I did let them know and was offered to get another meal. I agreed and another omelette was served but this one was salty and my bread that was removed in my first plate was not included . Seems like this was done on purpose. I got upset after the facts I left won’t recommend this place to anyone. So sad that was my first visit and last.

Your typical diner breakfast in a casino. Good food that you just have to go downstairs for. They gave us a free chocolate coin at the end too which I thought was cute.

Azza was an excellent waiter! Very kind lady The food was great and the service was prompt. Ambiance was nice and it was easy to enjoy a conversation.

I stayed in the hotel, and Mr. Banks Diner was the most convenient place to eat, so I had breakfast and dinner for 3 days. The food was constantly great! The only thing that made me not give 5 stars was the service. Every time I went for breakfast, the service was amazing! She brought my food out promptly, and my drink was never empty. Dinner service was another story. It was a different server, and she just didn't want to be there. One time, she didn't even bother to give me silverware. Luckily, I got the philly cheesesteak and tater tots and didn't need it, but I definitely needed some napkins! I saw a pile of napkins, so I got up to get some, and I saw my waitress just sitting at a table. By the way, there was only one other table there, so it's not like she was in the weeds. I even had to get up and find her to pay.

Omg yikes this food it's horrible don't waste your money here it's expensive and not worth it. The food tastes like fish and I ordered spaghetti yuck the spaghetti was very hard to chew and the sauce tasted like fish disgusting. The bread that comes with it tastes like fish too. Gross

The chef's have gotten a lot better. The last 2 Wild Mushroom omelet's I got were very good.

Man I'll be honest, I was really surprised how good the breakfast food was. That breakfast egg with the hash brown and bacon is maybe top 10 I've ever had. The hash browns are light and fluffy but crispy at the same time. Very nice thick cut bacon with a strong smoky apple wood taste, and the whipped butter is creamy. The sour dough toast was a little too over done like burnt but it's fine with the butter, made it soft. For $3 a taco it's expensive because I could go down the street and find a mom n pop taco truck for half the price but it's the convenience. The pork and beef tacos are very good, authentic Mexican street tacos. Generous amounts of meat for sure and thick cut so each bite is a generous bite. Wide open bites with the tangy salsa. You have to ask for the salsa it doesn't come with it so I asked the pick up counter for it.The fries and the chicken shawarma was good but I've had better. Fries were decent, needed salt or maybe a dash of Mediterranean spices on the fries, they were boring but it was crispy. The chicken shawarma, so do not cut it in half like me, I did and when you pick it up, it falls all over the place like falls apart so big chunks of chicken fell on the hotel floor which is a waste, I paid for $1 extra shawarma sauce and $1 ranch sauce, it did not come with it and it needed extra sauce because of how dry the chicken is. The vegetables are the main show because it came with soo many so it's a healthy option to eat. Overall meal was good but next time I'll skip the shawarma.

Restaurant is in the lobby of the Commerce Casino Hotel. I have eaten there twice. Menu is fair. Last night I asked the only waitress about the $35 rib eye steak. She sad it was very popular. The meat was grey in color and tasted like it had been sitting around in the freezer too long. No taste. Sides were small portions. Should have had a burger.

We grabbed a quick bite before attending the boxing event at the Commerce Casino & Hotel. Mr. Banks is one of the restaurants and the menu looked decent so we decided to have a sit down dinner.I ordered the Cobb salad, minus the cheese. The ingredients were all very fresh and I enjoyed my salad. They put a lot of chopped up bacon and cubes of chicken breast. My guy ordered the spaghetti, and it was really really good! The sauce was flavorful and the pasta had a nice texture. I highly recommend this dish! If you're at the casino, make plans to eat here!

The staff was great and the food was very good, except the steak was like rubber and must have been broiled. Very difficult to eat. Highly recommend the pasta or appetizers though!

Had a morning breakfast here. Hotel/casino was nicely furnished. Server was polite and efficient. A little on the pricey side. Steel cut oatmeal, bowl of fruit, and wheat toast was $16, not including tax and gratuities. Oatmeal was good. Fruit was fresh. Quiet place to study and relax in the early morning. I enjoyed my brief stay here. Casino bathrooms with gender neutral and women rooms. Plenty of parking. Can fit 40 people in the dining room.
