Food was ok. Service was horrible. Didn't want us to sit at a big table as there was only 2 of us. No problem, understandable. But it was the way it was asked. So rude. I don't like eating around bad energy, so I wanted to eat out in the court instead. More passive aggressive attitude. Even getting my food, and asking for a lid...Poor service...poor energy. I'm pretty chill and don't create waves especially in service, as I understand...but when it's bad...I gotta call it out. I won't be coming back...but in all fairness the broth was decent.

The vegan steak plate was good. The vegan tofu noodle soup was not the most flavorful broth and there was maybe one cube of tofu at the very bottom. That being said i enjoyed all the food there and was happy I the place had variety of options for me. The steak plate and soup came out to about $40.

This place is beyond terrible. This should be 0 stars The front employee had an attitude from the second I walked in, like doing their job was some kind of personal burden. When I called out the disrespect, instead of handling it calmly or professionally, they completely unraveled and escalated the situation in the most ridiculous way possible
Zero customer service skills, zero emotional control, and clearly zero training. Watching a grown adult panic over a normal interaction was honestly embarrassing. The staff here is not equipped to deal with customers, conflict, or basic responsibility.
The empty restaurant suddenly made perfect sense. If this is how they treat people, no wonder no one’s there😂. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money literally anywhere else.

The customer service here is really disappointing. The lady at the counter always looks upset, and when we asked for sauce (which they forgot to include), she seemed annoyed. I understand they’re busy, but they definitely need more staff to help during rush hours. The food is okay, but the staff could really use better customer service training. Also, the prices feel high for what you get, the spring rolls weren’t good, and the sauce for them was not great either.
I know it’s in the food court at the outlet. But, it was still very pricey for this amount of food. The plastic bowl was tiny and the food wasn’t even full. No flavor. The lady was having attitude because she gave me the wrong food and I asked her to change it. Definitely I’m not going back or recommending it.

Do not eat here. The staff showed a blatant disregard for basic sanitation when they wiped a dirty spoon with a bare hand infront of me instead of replacing it with a clean one. The service was also rude, with a staff member speaking to me in a sarcastic tone about my utensil choice. When I tried to resolve the issue with the manager, I received zero apology. Instead, I was falsely accused of throwing the spoon at the staff member and lectured. This is not how a restaurant should operate.

Environment was poor and made us uncomfortable. When we first were waiting to order, the male cashier was just looking at the Canelo fight.

My friend and I ordered the grilled shrimp noodle soup and Thai tea boba milk—both were amazing! The shrimp were big and fresh, and the soup broth was so rich and flavorful. Highly recommend!
