The lady behind the counter was very nice and the food came out quick and omg everything was so tasty! The chicken wings were delicious and the spare ribs were amazing! That sauce, so tasty. Highly recommend this place!

Yesterday I visited this place. It was not so busy but still the staff was very slow. I ordered Grilled chicken noodle soup. The pho was salty and the chicken was burned. Pho does not taste like pho, it is just watery. Not worth spending $17. Save money and don't visit this place.

The food is outstanding. Too bad the older woman at the front counter was rude & sour. The other customers commented on her rude attitude. Because of her, I would never return. I came here on Thanksgiving. All of the chairs in the dining area were upended on table tops. The woman served my food on a tray. She got angry when I asked for it to go & snapped "you should have told me!" I responded that since their dining area was shut down, looked like there was no dine in. She then responded "No dine in!" Ahhh well... Good luck

The second time I attended because the first time the pho soup tasted great, this time it was NOT like that, they did not have all the necessary condiments such as mint and cilantro, they did not want to give more cervillets and lemons, we had to have the table where we sat Clean us, I will never return, and their prices are very high!! I do NOT recommend it, be careful.

Tried the Beef and ball noodle soup, very delicious. Broth was flavourful. Coming from a real southeast asian. Very expensive though, so i suggest coming with a partner and sharing a bowl, treat it like a mini snack. 17 dollars for a bowl

The only redeeming factors for this place is the food was prepared fresh to order, and the person that served me was friendly. The food, despite being made fresh, is incredibly bland. The vegan spring rolls are literally just lettuce, cucumber, carrot and tomato rolled up in rice paper, and the vegan noodle soup tastes as if it is just boiled water poured over vegetables, there is no flavour to it at all. It is also extremely overpriced!

I was craving for pho and remembered there’s a pho restaurant at food court area in citadel mall, I wasn’t thinking of much and went into restaurant and ordered pho and a spring rolls there was no price anywhere. I realized it was a dumbest mistake I ever made when I was signing for credit card, the price came out $34. I asked how much is spring rolls and counter said $15, so $19 for small bowl of pho and $15 for one order of spring rolls. Food quality is not good of course I am at the food court this place got lucky that I was a hungry man. I laughed at myself for being dumb but I don’t want others to make same mistake as I did, stay away from this place.

Do not eat here, horrible service, beyond horrible food. Ordered a banh mi sandwich. Served super burnt pork and bread. Had 1 bite and returned the food. No chef in their right mind would EVER serve that type of food. Absolutely disgusting!!
