Loraine and Millie did a fantastic job handling a busy rush hour. Not only did they diffuse an irate customer who was selfish and self entitled, they did it in a professional positive manner. Everyone was so helpful!

I asked for orange chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimps. They charged me for the shrimps but I got teriyaki meat. Also, we ended up with two teriyakis but only one packet of teriyaki sauce. I complaint but they did not credit me for the difference. Lousy

This Panda is located inside the Citadel outdoor shopping area food court. Food was fresh, hot and good, outdoor seating can be challenging depending on the day and time due to crowds.
