Vegetarian options: You're good unless you're vegan. But at that point, what are you doing buying a pizza?

I recently visited Pieology and had a disappointing experience with the staff’s knowledge and customer service. Every question I asked—whether it was about menu options or the mobile app was met with an “I don’t know” response. It felt like no one was trained or informed enough to assist customers effectively.
While the food itself was good, the lack of helpfulness from the employees made the overall experience frustrating. A little more training on the app, menu, and general customer interactions could make a big difference. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve service for future customers.

I tried the pizza ? salad ? combo. It’s a great idea; you can build your own pizza and either build your own salad or get a Caesar salad. This place as well as the one at Irvine Spectrum Shopping ?️ Mall are great.

Amazing quick spot to eat a personal made pizza, been so good that I’ve been coming for a couple years now and have had no issues.
Until my most recent visit where I was about to pay for meal and as I was going to leave a tip as always the young cashier explained that they no longer accept tips?? Excuse me upper management but these workers clearly aren’t making their dream income working here but they still come every day and provide the great service they do and make excellent pizza. So the least you could do as a owner or manager is give these employees their tip option. Seriously what type of establishment removes tipping options? You lose almost nothing but team moral and quality of work. Seriously self reflect on the decision you guys made on this one and see what the result is since you’ve done it.

The young lady at the front named Naz was so kind and patient. I suffer from a learning disability, and she throughly answered my questions about the items on the menu. Great experience thanks to her, nobody ever has that kind of patience with me in public. Will be coming back :)

This review is directed towards the most racist and rudest pathetic "dough maker" named "Naz."The first time I tried, it was definitely not worth my energy, time, and mostly my money. This is a customizable pizza place where you get to choose toppings. Since it was the first time, instead of doing all that crazy customizing of toppings, I decided to order what's on the menu. The dough maker was very rude. We chose from the menu, and not only did she ask us twice about what we ordered, but she then said, "Okay. Any flavor?" I didn't know what she was talking about, and I figured that I could choose to put butter and garlic on my dough. How was I supposed to know about that? Her name is "Naz." She was not only rude but also racist at the most. Perhaps she was mad at the fact that she's working tonight while everyone else is on Thanksgiving break shopping. That's right. You're working on Thanksgiving because you need money, and if you work with that attitude, there's only so much you can achieve in any career. "Naz," this short black-haired witch-looking bish. The whole store staff is either dumb or rude. And pizza? Below mediocre. Seven-Eleven pizza would be better than this.
