Food was good but the service wasn't I had replaced a biscuit for the strawberry one so they charged me extra for it and I didn't get it then I told them while I ordered my food for the 2 types of sauces I wanted didn't get any sauce last thing I had asked for a large Dr pepper light ice and I got a small Dr pepper filled with ice barley any soda soo yea service wasn't the best but who knows I try nn give them the benefit of the doubt because it was Christmas...

The location is great and so is the pleasing esthetics of the restaurant. My concern is the customer service provided by the employees. I understand that serving fast food can often be unglamorous (I worked at McDonald's) but you need to remember as an employee, without patrons you don't have a paycheck to cash. I'll change my review score when I experience an improvement.
