We tried the rice cream, and it was delicious—perfectly balanced, not too sweet at all. The scoops are huge; one scoop is enough for two people, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Pronto Cafe has really good ice cream! I tried the butter pecan and pistachio, and both were delicious. Creamy, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. Great spot to treat yourself!

Hi , I am from uk when to LA for holidays and visited citadel outlets .. I am vegetarian and wanted to a vegetarian sandwich which is when I found the pronto cafe . They had veggie sandwich for 10 dollars , it was made of avocado , lettuce, onion , tomato, cucumber, mayo and mustard . I was happy with it when to order .. after placing order and paid they came to me and said they had no avacado , no tomatoes left.so they gave me a sandwiches practically made of lettuce mayo ,mustard and onions for 10 dollars … soooo disappointed.. if they did not have the ingredients they should not have taken the order or told me before paying so I would have gone to another cafe … very bad handling

Ordered Iced vanilla latte, brownie, & coffee cake. Both breads were extremely dry & the brownie was not even a brownie but chocolate cake! The coffee was also nothing special. The only saving grace were the relatively cheap price & kind staff.

If you want ice cream in the middle of California, this is the place to go. I personally recommend getting the triple scoop cookies and cream on an ice cream cone. It’s pretty tasty, and I recommend coming back here for seconds!!!

Very disappointing. They use low-quality espresso and don’t even prepare it correctly — they pour it after the milk. The milk foam was just big bubbles and way too hot, completely off from what a proper cappuccino should be. Even the ice cream wasn’t mixed. Not worth it.

I bought a coffee cake and it was hard as a rock. And when i went back to complain the association Said to me it need to be heated. And I told him I was not going to eat it now. I looked in the display case it was in and it is a refrigerator. So I said ok since it has been refrigerated I will take it. But then as i was walking out all the association started to laught so i took it back. Rude rude and again rude.

Firstly, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. they were rude and seemed impatient with my questions about asking if they can give me a small cup or a water cup. I had my elderly parents and their ice cream was falling on their arm. They were charging $.83 which I wouldn’t mind they were very rude . I asked can I just keep this cup and she grabbed it from my hand!! Overall, my experience at pronto cafe was disappointing. The poor service overshadowed the potential enjoyment of the ice cream. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer service …
