I’m not the type to write reviews but this has been bothering me, and I believe this has to be said, the barista Vanessa has a major attitude problem. I came in during the morning rush and I could tell she was being so mean to her coworkers and completely ignored me when I tried to ask for help. I’m here all the time and have come to love this store, but her being so passive-aggressive makes it a bad experience every time she's working. It’s not a good look for the store, especially when it’s busy and everyone is just trying to get their coffee.
