I had the most pleasant experience today, so I had to submit a review. I ordered drive-thru with Jonathan who was so kind and helpful that just by this brief interaction he made my day and I wanna say i can see myself coming to this location daily. His level of professionalism and attentiveness reminded of the times Starbucks' team members would go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated (like 20 yrs ago). Thank you Starbucks of Commerce (on Washington) for adding amazing members to your location and most of all thank you dear Jonathan for being such a caring human being. You have something extraordinary that reaches people in a very positive way.

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. Got there a little early, per the pick up time. So I gladly wait. 5 minutes after the pick up time, still nothing. I still give a little more time. Finally I decide to cancel and it takes 3 people to cancel my order and I still get sarcasm from the barista. They hold you up and still give attitude! And I could tell I wasn’t the only one frustrated with this place. Poorly managed! The worstI’ve ever been to!

Came in while this crazy dude kept running around. I was going to try and talk to the dude but he ended up walking out.I asked the starbies employees if I can get a couple cups of water and they said yes.I was expecting little cups. So disappointed in this location today. I ordered my drink on the app and I happened to order it in the wrong location so when I went to pick up my coworkers drinks I asked the barista if they can honor my drink and I showed them my receipt and he didn't even pay attention to my receipt and just told me I had to order it again really??? One drink from all the drinks they make wow so disappointed. just cuz I have to give a star or else I wouldn't give none.

My wife and I have been come to this Starbucks location in the city of Commerce for many years we have enjoy their drink especially their limited edition drinks and pastrys. Especially the holiday when Starbucks reslease the limited edition cup for the holidays.

Ayyyeeeeoooo whoever just made my venti iced caramel macchiato upside down with sweet cold foam needs all they bills paid !!! This drink was perfection and with a toasted plain bagel with soft cream cheese 10/10 !!!

Purchased caramel fraps and mocha fraps, they taste and nothing like it. It feel as if we got milk and ice. Very little caramel on top, Dissapointing, paid full price for half the regular ingredients ?????
