Normally, every time I come here I always have to wait more than 10 minutes for my coffees and I always order them through the application, really, what bad service they are having here already, before they were more efficient and faster

Everyone here is very friendly I misplaced my phone and I retraced my steps back to the Wells Fargo that's nearby luckily some stuff found it and they told me some stranger was trying to steal it The stuff at this location are amazing 😍 Very grateful that they found my phone Thank You 😊!!!!!

Try to avoid this Starbucks altogether it will be advertised they close at 10:30 PM or 10 and the workers there close it earlier like at nine they’re already getting everything ready rushing to get out of there. I took pictures yesterday with time stamps. I got there at 9 PM. My drink was ordered through the app and I was not able to receive it. My points are gone never got my drink. They left the door closed and they had the drive-through already closed.Will be reporting this Starbucks to corporate. Never coming here again I always try my best to avoid this location. Both photos taken at 9pm last night while a big guy and some girl who always has a headband on are running around trying to clean and put things away a whole hour earlier. Why would it even take my order or points ? Hire better workers who aren’t lazy and ain’t gonna close the Starbucks early

The drive thu is really inefficient, and employees seem to be bother by the presence of customers. If you are in any type of rush even if you only have 20 minutes to grab your coffee just don’t bother, you’ll be here for 40 minutes. I recommend the Starbucks on Olympic/Soto the folks there are really nice and more efficient even with the drive it won’t make for the time you’ll wait at this location.

The shift Olga was rude. No eye contact, rushing me to order, and didn’t even want to print my receipt. Team members were busy talking, one worker kept touching their glasses, the other one was rude when I asked for more cinnamon even though I had ordered it with extra cinnamon, and the drive thru line was so long. Everyone was super rude.

Lobby trashes spilling. Supervisor was rude I thought she’d be nicer since she was a veteran. My shots stayed on the espresso machine for a good while. Don’t recommend.

I ordered one at 1:13 p.m. White chocolate mocha and a piece of bread. When I got there, there were five or six vehicles in front of me. I knew the driver throw could be a long process, but I didn't expect it to be 2:20 when I got my order. The service staff had a hard time communicating and didn't tell me until after I arrived at the window that they couldn't find my order and had to ask for my name again. Even after I told her all the information, she still questioned me, saying that the address of my order was not this store, and pretending to be kind, she would fulfill my order even though. It was really stupid, the long wait I could understand, had shown her the receipt and the address on it, still said I went to the wrong address, and gave me the coffee I deserved as if I had done a good deed, a charity. Stupid operator and arrogant attitude.
