Multiple times I have come here and I loose my money because the restaurant is closed at 9:00pm or because they don’t have my order. Today I ordered at 8:40PM for my order to be ready at 9:00PM for my husband’s lunch. He goes in there and there is no order in the system even though I got confirmation. The lady doesn’t know what to do until she checks and figures out the order had been there but it’s not done. She says to talk to Laura the manager for what. The guy that works the night shift is also rude like if he doesn’t want to work there. This is the fourth time something happens !!

As of of tonight Nov3.2024...this location IS NOT 24hrs... apparently it now is closed at 12midnite..despite what the huge business billboard u see from the road and Google maps still displaying open 24hrs..kinda annoying but on carry on y'all...

El día de ayer 29 de junio nos presentamos al restaurante y la persona que nos atendió fue realmente una grosera, tuvo un incidente con los aderezos y ni siquiera se disculpó. Nos trató muy. No deberían de contar con gente que no está de acuerdo con sus horarios laborales. Llegamos alrededor de las 10 de la noche. Las dos personas que nos atendieron fueron realmente nefastas.

I have almost always bought in this place when I leave work on Saturdays but I have never been treated so well like this day when I arrived around 2:00 pm and a young man with short hair, very friendly, even though he was the only one serving me, served me. and busy, he attended to me with great kindness, patience, and spoke to me very well in Spanish, because by the way I am a somewhat complicated customer and I almost never take the time to leave a review but unfortunately I did not have the cash to leave a tip and therefore That's what I write now. Five stars for friendliness and cleanliness!!

My visit was yesterday @ 9pm I had a mobile order. When I got the a sign said out for 20min mind you my order was already ready beforehand. I waited the 20min. No one came to open tried calling and nothing. I couldn’t pick up my order. I tried reaching customer service they just respond thank you for sharing your experience. Wow can’t even get a refund!!!!!

Small, no restroom, and in the morning, no one in line, which is great!Real complaint is the increase of pricing. More than $50 cents and the taxes that come with it.It was my breakfast and lunch choice. Gotta start making these sandwiches at home now.

So I walk inside and tell my GF to order while I use the restroom, I ask if they have restrooms available for costumers, girl behind the desk tells me “NO, ONLY FOR CLIENTS” … so can I use it? “NO IS ONLY FOR US WORERS”Okay, so I walk away and my GF still wants to buy something so she goes back while I get a burrito next door at Del Taco, the girl (employee) sitting down just staring at her and walked out?We asked if there is anyone working that couldHelp us and the girl outside says “oh yeah there is another girl inside but she doesn’t wanna come out” … amazing service, keep it up ??
