My wife and I were there for the Mariachi Concert with Julian Torres. They gave us a free $25 chip to gamble and when I sat down to play some black Jack they accused me of stealing and said that chip wasn't valid. WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES WHO LITERALLY GAVE IT TO ME and told me I can't gamble with it. The staff is extremely rude, I do not recommend coming here

Commerce Casino in general is known for its poker games. It holds the title of biggest poker room in the world. Unlike other poker rooms, at commerce any given moment you will find multiple tables of every possible denomination/game type even i week ( no limit [1/2 -2/3-5/5+],Omaha, 3 card poker, blackjack, and largest selection of baccarat tables. I usually play no limit holdem mostly, regardless of what day of week or time, you can find multiple tabl es of each limit. While playing poker you have the option to order table side food. It is a wide selection of items, but mostly Asian cuisine. Secret menu item..not on menu (( tres leche cake warmed up with double scope of ice cream vanilla)). Thank me later Staff is cool, bartenders are very nice. I think they get BB for bonus Dealers is a good mix... 25% amazing. 25% good but seem to hate there job. 25% gold but don't speak English. Luckily not much to talk about. 25% horrible, make mistakes, or just started to deal..watch out for chip count mistakes To wrap it up..floor man in evening are awesome The white guy and Oscar booth keep the floor leveled

Pulled up to the Casino on a Work Day on behalf of Uber not expecting to stay but entered because I had to use the restroom.Asked A Guy Named Cesar who was the only one Manning the bar who informed and welcomed me as if I felt like I should stay and indeed encouraged me to have a well needed Break.Shoutout to Cesar who he said he was covering a shift with the utmost enthusiasm and for Being the reason for making My Day!Although the Casino was not yet picking up especially it being around 9am i was let known of the happy hour and buffet and this Guy went above and Beyond. For me not Being a regular neither a casino go-er bro definitely changed my perspective on how to enjoy the Casino."It's not always about gambling it's about the little wins like waking up and showing up what Counts"Thanks Bro and Commerce casino for making it a nonchalant memorable Experience. This Guy needs to be in a position where his light and spunk shines because that's what he does for the benefit of all around him!!! I would never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I didn't leave the first day I got there was because I didn't get insurance and couldn't afford to look for another room. The room was disgusting. We had to have the A/C going the whole stay because the smell was so unbearable, we literally had to just leave the whole hotel and find something to do because we all had a headache from the smell. The towels smelled, the bathroom had scum, the windows and corners had mold, the room stank, and the bed was so uncomfortable. We had to go to target and buy blankets and comforters because I refused to let me and my kids sleep in the hotel blankets that were ITCHY! Oh and to top it off my daughter almost got hit by another guest because she drove over the curb when she was approaching the entrance of the valet! This whole place needs to do better and have a deep cleaning because it was disgusting

Hi Commerce casino. I want to share my experience being at your casino and Hotel. Drove from far was playing poker. Dealer Kasper was rude, unprofessional, skip my card, he acted un happy to be working there. BOTHER to work there. I would take my business else where since he kept skipping, cards not well trained or just very negative energy. I think if people are paying to play at your casino dealer should be professional and welcoming, happy to be working there. Not ignore people, or myself.. he made people feel uncomfortable. He is missing customer service, focus, and passion to be working there. I know your business needs guests there and people gambling. But with people like Kasper I rather just take my money else where.

This is a horrible employer. They Discriminate against you, they bully you, they harass you, When you seek Reasonable Accommodations they deny you, they make you work in a hostile working environment and they keep you Hostage.

As I was sitting at a table a local player started harassing me and calling me names after he shared his cards with another player and I called him out on it. When I reported it to the floor and I let them know that he intimidated me with physical violence the floor, Nicole kick me out because I wanted to report it to the sheriff she retaliated against me for reporting players colluding together and sharing cards watch out for this place the floors are the managers they may be colluding with local players for an edge when they're slow

02/04/2024 Here for the Los Angeles Chinatown Beauty Pageant to select the Queen of Chinatown. This is a huge gala event sponsored by many companies to put this together. I was invited by OneLegacy who promotes organ, eye, and tissue donation. It was a table for 10 and close to the bar. It's a cash bar but you could use a card for your drinks too. Even though it was pouring rain this evening, it was comfortable under the event tent with this giant stage. For this many tables, the food was decent based on how many dishes they need to prepare with choices. What is unbelievable to me is that every table inside was packed. Seems like there are regulars with this packed house. They even set up more tables in the covered patio area just before the entrance to our event. Glad it's not Vegas because during the event, slot machines in front of us making all sorts of noise during the presentation. I'm also glad they didn't make us use the port a potties out in the rain. I went inside for the facilities.

Ok so all I've ever heard for the longest time is how the commerce casino is THE place to gamble when coming to LA. Well I think that is false after coming and playing here for a full day. I give it a 5/5 for the food variation and the service is nice and efficient . However the poker room is super dated and the ambiance is old crusty gamblers who all seem pretty bitter. If you want to gamble and are in La or near here I would recommend going to the gardens casino in Hawaiian Gardens

Good players, for sure. It's pretty big for what little it offers up, though. Once you've eaten there, you'll know to bring your own food. It's brutal. The food service? Worse. I ordered a breakfast fn burrito at almost 9 pm and 75 minutes later.... yep... let that sink in. It's eggs and cheese in a tortilla. Then there's the poker tables themselves. What in the Land of the 80s is happening here? Playing your cards is kind of like trying to fish your key from between the seat. Fml. Then there's this LA poker classic. Classic? It used to be. It's all local players. And they're GOOD! I don't recommend unless wsop or wpt comes back as sponsor. Commerce, come for the poker, stay because you hate yourself.

Came here tonight to eat and have a few drinks, food was bar food so I suggest sticking to the restaurant. Gambled a bit which was fun for the most part. There just happened to be a guy at my table screaming and smacking the table. They never asked him to calm down or even stop.

So depressing. Sad people losing money. The food is not good and the environment is as depressing as the casino.

I was thrown off by "Casino" This place just has a bunch of card tables! The check in guy was not customer service oriented @ all. Our room was a bit beaten up. Furniture scuffed up & doesn't appear to have been wiped down in a few weeks. Lamps shade dirty, chairs looked clawed by cats. Bed skirts stained. Very Disappointing to say the least. Especially @ 200 per night! Don't stay here!

I love coming to the bar! The bartenders are all super dope! Especially Jamie! He's super attentive and super professional!

I used to be a regular at the commerce but I now go to another local card club instead. Why? Because commerce permits certain players and floorpersons to make the stakes I want to play a "private" game. In other words, 10-20 and 20-40 No Limit at the commerce has been, for the most part, monopolized and not everybody can get a seat. Until upper management steps in and makes commerce a fair playing ground for all customers, the way it used to be, I am not going to be around.
