They Need to Take it Easy on the grilling I got the beef ribs & they were all black & burnt. Everything else was good maybe just add a little more chicken on the chicken bowls

This restaurant smells like they have a dozen dead rats decomposing inside.
I went here on 8/17 a little before 6 PM. The food is good, only the salad was drowning in dressing; Now the service... Not great. First of all, my check says my server was Jennifer, she only called me to pick up my order; the one that took my order was a guy. All the time that he was taking my order he acted as if I was telling a joke. He had a smile like he was laughing at me. I was confused, I am bilingual so, many thoughts came to my mind, I mean, is he racist? Did he not like my accent? Did I have a fly on my nose? Unbelievable, that guy has a job because of us, customers, and he still doesn't understand that. He definitely needs more training. In the meantime, I'm not going back if he's still there. Worst customer service ever, plus, I had just bought the exact same thing earlier at another WaBa Grill, and it was $1 less. So, Rude and charged me a dollar more. Horrible experience!

I found two long separate pieces of hair in the rice. When I drove all the way back to return the food the manager and staff treated me as if I did something wrong, never apologized or acknowledged the issue. Just handed me the cash silently. All you can hear as I walked out was the sticky floor. My colleague ate Waba Grill a few months ago and got food poisoning. DONT EAT HERE

I am beyond sad. They closed 6 mins early when the sign and online says 9pm. I was beyond craving Waba grill due to my pregnancy cravings ??
The lady at the register is rude. She has a very unfriendly and harsh tone. To food is a little overcooked.
