We just have orderes 24 combos for celerbrating our coworkers but sent us without ginger and red pepper? Wow you guys will be get super rich saving those. Never ever order from you guys anymore. Dear to the owner thank you for the christmas eve gift this is super delicious without ginger and red pepper so I just throw away after eating 30%

I ordered several times through DoorDash and every single time there is at least one full dish missing from the order or more. Today it was missing a full large drink. Apparently the staff told the driver it was inside the tiny bag. The gyoza and bowl also came with no sauce. I’m very disappointed.

I’d like to start off by stating that I really am not one to go complian, ever, but I am severely disappointed with my experience here today. As a former fast food employee I can be the first to understand the struggle, so I make sure to be polite and always say my please and Thank you’s. The drive thru employee was beyond miserable being at work, from the minute I heard his voice over the intercoms I knew it wasn’t going to a good experience. No greeting not one smile , not once offered me any sauces, when I requested the soy sauce and chili the annoyance was splattered all over his face. Moving on to the food portioning never in my 28 years of life have I been skimped by a Yoshinoya the way this location just did. The amount of rice is ridiculous and for this being a bowl where you can get both proteins.. I got 4 pieces of chicken. Definetly won’t be back and don’t recommend to anyone else that loves Yoshinoya.

I order 2 chicken bowl one with brown rice and the other one with white rice.
The drive thru rep we are out of brown rice ,I said K but they put 8oz of rice and 4pc in reality only 2 of 4 pcs chicken and vegetables (overcooked) insane how they want to charge so much rice! Called him Oscar and explained to him and I took it back and I specifically said no sauce on my original order bc it's too sweet. I have pictures of the nightmare experience.
