Mr. German's food is the bomb!!! I had employed another catering service, and they cancelled a week prior to my event. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary. I found Mr. German and from the first contact I had with APAS, the experience was amazing. Cindy - German's daughter- invited us to have a tasting for which German did not charge us a cent. We went to his kitchen, and the food was delicious. We employed them right away. German called me a day before to inquire as to whether we had any last-minute questions. This company is very professional. The food was even better the day of the event. For the event, we ordered chicken with mushroom sauce, beef fajitas, vegetable (which were very crunchy), Greek salad, rice, and appetizers. Our appetizers were bruschetta and quiche. German's food is amazingly delicious. The shrimp on the bruschetta was on point. I am thankful that the other company cancelled because I don't think we would have received the same tasteful food. Lastly, his prices are super reasonable. I spent half of what my budget would have been.

Thankful I Found This Amazing Spot!!It's inside a shopping center on the second floor. The Chef/Owner Used to Work For a Luxury High-End Beverly Hills Hotel.He Decided To Open Up his Own Restaurant in 2018 and here we are today.All The Food He Offers Looks Amazing but I decided to try His Garlic Shrimp plate with a slice of apple pie.The Garlic Shrimp was ? the spicy sauce he gives you on the side is ??Also, the Garlic Bread is to die for!!!!The apple pie was delicious and not too sweet.I Highly Recommend You Come And Try This Spot he also provides a Catering Service.
