Order my son’s bday cake and the cake was almost all frosting. Ice cream was soft and the design was poorly done

Awful service. No eye contact, no thank you, they look upset and annoyed when you asked questions about the cakes.

The employees at this Baskin-Robbins store are professional, kind, and friendly. Great job guys keep up the great work you are doing.
4/21/2023 I was being assisted by cashier Gennifer she was patient & helpfulHowever ,when asked a question about an ice cream flavor( the freezer aren’t properly labeled)…. An employee in a blue shirt came from the back & inserted herself decided to answer very unfriendly tone like it bothered her to answer a simple question : 1 nobody was talking to her. 2 you should’ve just kept icing your lil cake and kept your mouth closed. She has 0 respect for anybody & please correct her lack of interpersonal skills. Because her loud mouth isn’t helping her.
Got a fudge ? and it was yummy! Staff was friendly and store was very clean.
There is Ice cream at Food 4 less and across at RITEAID the prices at this place have gotten extremely high and the employee turnover and customer service worse . I do understand everything has increased but for a smoothie to be the price of a meal is Ridiculous and the service is horrid.

Bad service, disappointing, I work in customer service and I think we are clear that even if we have a bad day, the customers are not to blame. They are super terrible and have done before, but the employees now are honestly disappointing. Your boss should see what kind of employees he has.

if I could give no stars at all I would. Not only did they make the cake look wonky and weird but they also put an entirely different flavor then I had asked for. I was gonna let this mistake go and only bring it to their attention but they were beyond rude and disrespectful, went in calmly and spoke to a worker about this issue and during that moment another employee (Jessica) comes in and barging into this conversation telling me that she made that cake and that she will not be accommodating anything because she spoke to her manager and nothing will be done to her because she felt she did what was right ( mind you she was already being passive aggressive and pointing fingers at me ). She went straight to defending herself rather than giving an apology, all I wanted was an apology and a cake in the flavor I asked. This wasn’t the worst part. I called corporate and they agreed with me that this employee was out of line. A couple of moments after I received yet another call but this time from the manager, this manager (David) was even worse then the rude employee I first spoke to. From the very moment I picked up the call he began to scream at me and speak to me very ill mannerly. I was even willing to bring back the cake because it was practically intact, nobody ate it. I will never be buying from here again. They give Beyond Horrible service.That cake was for my little sisters birthday and I feel horrible because she didn’t like the flavoring at all :/ not only am I mad at them but upset over all because I feel like the cake ruined her day since she absolutely hated the flavoring.
