FOOD QUALIFY is always 10 out of 10
But today OF ALL days I got really bad customer service. Went drive-through today and the employee who took my order (FLOR) either was having a bad day or she doesn’t like her job. If she was having a bad day, I understand, but you cannot bring your problems from home to work. Her Manager needs to teach her customer service skills, and how to speak to people. After all, they are paying her for a job. She’s not doing this for free. And if she doesn’t like her her job she needs to find a new one.

Rude took over 5 minutes to even present themselves to my wife and kids after I said they were going to need the bathroom code. and slow! Not busy maybe 4 orders in store took 15 minutes to get the food and they put guacamole on one of the fry orders that was asked for not.

I'm glad they're doing the robots now this time a person answered I ask for specifically 7 ranches they said I'm sorry 7? I said yes. When I got home they I had 1 ranch I asked for it because I don't mind paying for them

It was terrible all around! Need customer service training!!!!! Chicken was super old and could NOT be eaten. We had an elderly person who needed to eat,but the chicken sandwich was double fried and tasted OLD! Fries were cold, barely edible. Our cashier was rude (Caroline C.). Then we asked another lady there for Napkins, and she said she couldn't because she had to clock back into work 1st. It was a waste of our time & money!!! We could've chosen another restaurant, but Carl's usually is a good choice. NOT this Carl's absolutely positively the WORST one we've ever encountered. Regret going to this place!!! Go anywhere else!!!!!!!!! The only good point this place had was a young man who helped us with the door for the elderly person with us.
