Let's start with the positive. The food is fabulous. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy and flavorful, and juicy, not dry. The biscuits are melt-in-your-mouth good. Yum. However, the service is absolutely abysmal. I cannot tell you why it would take 20 minutes to provide chicken tenders and biscuits for a drive thru order when I am the only one in line. This did not happen only once. Not even twice. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. You will be in the line waiting for your food a miminum of 15 minutes, even if you're the only one. Normally, I prepare my mind for the wait. Today, however, there were 2 cars in front of me, and I was hungry. Not a good combination. So after waiting almost 5 minutes, and not even getting to the point of ordering, I left and went to Popeyes down the street, where I was in and out in 2 mins. Church's... Y'all need to do better because this is pitiful.

On 5/21/25 I ordered the 10 pc chix only legs and thighs. The chix is normally split 1/2 & 1/2, 5 of each! My order contained 3 legs and 7 thighs to my dismay!🫤 I phoned to complain and of course the phone number was bunk! I will see them tomorrow.

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed 😤. The conditions of this building are terrible. The roof in the kitchen looks like it's going to collapse. That's just what I saw from the drive thru window. I can't imagine in what condition the rest if the kitchen is. I think the employees are trying their best but you can tell the owner doesn't care about the quality. Corporate will definitely be put on notice. Waited a little over 30min in the drive thru Ordered sm fried okra, 6pc jalapeño poppers,1 biscuit, 1 chicken wrap ,1 soda and paid $18 overpriced for fried sides.

I really wanted some chicken last night but couldnt get anything. Drive thur so damn slow. People goimg in got their food much faster smh. I just got out of line and went to mc d. Funny thing, got my order, the the truck i was being at churches was still in line but now at the window smh.

Normally i dont post reviews but when you are told the chicken will be out in 10mins and then proceed to wait 20mins you just have to say how bad this is. I thought this was fast food. I walk inside to check on my order and its still not done but i can see from behind the counter there is a while bunch of fried chicken im told my order will be taken out in a bit. This place is crazy ridiculous.

THIS PLACE IS NASTY I WENT TODAY IN THE MORNING AT 11am and WHEN I WENT TO ORDER I GOT 3 CHICKEN SANDWICHES THEY TOOK ALMOST 30 mins to bring me my food AND WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT I WENT HOME READY TO BRING MY DAUGHTER HER SANDWICH WHEN I OPEN THE MY SAND WICH I WAS GONNA EAT IT HAD MOLD ON THE BREAD SO I CHECKED MY WIFES AND MY DAUGHTERS AND THEY ALL HAD MOLD I WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN TO ASK FOR A MANAGER THE BIG LADY WAS RIGHT THERE LISTENING SHE NEVER ONCE CAME WHEN I ASKED FOR HER ALL THEY DID WAS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I HIGHLY RECOMMEND U NOT EAT HERE BUT ITS UP TO U
