Every time I visit, it’s always something. Now I’m not gonna say that I haven’t had decent experiences but the not so pleasant outweighs the good. It seems that no one likes to work here. There’s always new staff and they’re always short staffed. so orders take forever to come out as well as to be taken. This is my local store, but I’d rather drive a little farther to get a little better service and possibly fresh food. I don’t really blame the staff. I just don’t understand what’s up with this specific franchise it really needs some revamping as far as workers management, etc..

The speaker to order is TERRIBLE! We clearly can’t understand each other! They do take about 6 min to even acknowledge you and once they do.. they’re rude asf.

Soon as I pulled in the driveway the lady had a attitude on the speaker 🔈 Answering me with what she had poor customer service… acting like she can’t hear … Then I got to the window to take my order the guy had poor customer service too rolling his eyes at me ,at this point was ready to pull off and end up paying a family size 12 piece for $66 dollars not worth spending your hard earned money here there rude and don’t care put the food was the only thing that taste good I will not be back ever .

Waited like 20 mins just to get my order, the cashier seemed lost and got my simple order wrong because she lacks in speaking English and the manager lady didn't even bother to take my order , she was standing in front of the fryer watching the chicken cook... 2 thumbs down

Bad service in this location!! I paid twice for one meal and when i try to get my money back, they did not help me not even with the receipt on hand. I am still waiting for the manager to call me!!! Avoid this location if you can.

The service is poor poor, the drive thru doesn’t work and the employees do not acknowledge you when you drive up to the window. They stare at you and don’t take your order. They are always out of chicken strips and sauces. This is the worst church’s chicken I’ve ever been to. I will not be a returning customer

Service is terrible. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without them acknowledging me. Their machine did not work so I had to pull up to the window. They still did not assist me even when I said hello . They looked and turned their head. I drove off after a while of being ignored.

Always frying and usually doesn't stay under the heater for very long.
Wait is a little longer than other fast food in the drive through. Speaker is broken so you might have to go right up to the drive through window.
If you have time avoid the drive thru, go to the walk up window, ask for fresh-fried, and wait 10 - 15. It's worth the wait.
