Always at 1pm no chicken cooked ready to go! You have to wait 15min for a fresh batch! 3 time experiencing this at the drive thru! Except if you want hot spicy chicken then its ready to go!

My husband ordered a 3pc and it wasn't fresh. Especially for the price. Your chicken should be cooked to order so it can be fresh, hot and crispy. It had an old greasy taste. It sat under the heat lamp. He took one bite and threw it back in the box. He couldn't eat it. Also, we ordered Apple pies as in their window has the icing. We open the apple pies, NO ICING??, dry as hell, we ask them where's the icing? They said we don't put icing anymore. You shouldn't advertise them in the window with icing where you place your order.We purchased Three 3pc meals and 3 apple pies without icing and cost was $64.95. Keep in mind it's not monetary, it's quality and freshness and the customer service you receive. The reviews speak for themselves. Where's management?? I'll call corporate too.
Every time I visit, itās always something. Now Iām not gonna say that I havenāt had decent experiences but the not so pleasant outweighs the good. It seems that no one likes to work here. Thereās always new staff and theyāre always short staffed. so orders take forever to come out as well as to be taken. This is my local store, but Iād rather drive a little farther to get a little better service and possibly fresh food. I donāt really blame the staff. I just donāt understand whatās up with this specific franchise it really needs some revamping as far as workers management, etc..
