I've gotten reunited with Church's Chicken and it taste so good! The crunchy outside but tender deliciousness inside! I order ahead so it can be ready and it net never disappoints. It's tucked in the neighborhood but that does not deter me! Service is good; food is good; Ima keep going back.

My husband ordered a 3pc and it wasn't fresh. Especially for the price. Your chicken should be cooked to order so it can be fresh, hot and crispy. It had an old greasy taste. It sat under the heat lamp. He took one bite and threw it back in the box. He couldn't eat it. Also, we ordered Apple pies as in their window has the icing. We open the apple pies, NO ICING??, dry as hell, we ask them where's the icing? They said we don't put icing anymore. You shouldn't advertise them in the window with icing where you place your order.We purchased Three 3pc meals and 3 apple pies without icing and cost was $64.95. Keep in mind it's not monetary, it's quality and freshness and the customer service you receive. The reviews speak for themselves. Where's management?? I'll call corporate too.
