If you visit this place early morning is always clean and staff works fast and food tastes good. I love their breakfast but has change a lot, they only have like 3 combos to choose from and breakfast prices went up as well well everywhere.

The messed up my mobile order. I was supposed to get two free The del tacos with my meal and they only placed one taco inside my bag instead of two. Always check your food before you leave the drive thru even if you have to break the sticker seal and check. Make sure everything is there.

They advertise being open 24/7. I showed up at 3:55 am on a Saturday night. I had come quite some distance for a late-night meal. Turns out they were closed for inventory control. They wouldn’t open up for another 20 minutes. Too late! Lunch period was over, and I had to starve. Thanks a lot. I get the need to do internal processing, but at least you should indicate your restaurant is closed for that period, so we don’t waste our time driving all the way over for nothing.

I honestly don't think this location should even be open. My group and I first tried to enter the restaurant during what should have been normal business hours. The lights were on, but there was no one in sight, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. We waited in the drive-thru for a long time, hoping someone would take our order. After about 30 minutes—maybe even longer—someone finally came to the speaker, but with an attitude, asking what we wanted. They didn’t offer any suggestions and seemed to be rushing us through the process.
When we got to the window, we realized the reason for the delay: one of the employees inside was more focused on giving attention to someone in the restaurant rather than doing her job. The customer service was seriously lacking. We didn’t get a chance to check the cleanliness inside, but the drive-thru area had paper and trash scattered everywhere.
As for the food, it was disappointing. The tortillas were slightly hard, the meat was dry, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long. I ordered a decent amount of food, including tacos, soft shells, and fries, but none of it was good.
Honestly, I can’t recommend anyone go to this location until they make some serious changes to the staff and their service. If the employees are more interested in personal matters than taking care of customers, they might as well stay home. This was far from the experience I expected, and I won’t be going back anytime soon.
