Don’t ever come to this location. Bad service and the employees don’t even know what they’re doing. Dunkin’ hire or train them better!

I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps improve the customer experience at this location. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ many times and usually don’t have issues, but my most recent visit was disappointing and uncomfortable.
When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I decided to use the self-order kiosk to place my order. While waiting, I observed one of the staff members preparing my 10 Munchkins. As she finished bagging them, she abruptly slammed the bag down on the counter for no clear reason. Her attitude and overall demeanor came across as unnecessarily negative, and this happened directly in front of a 6-year-old who was with me.
I typically don’t speak up, as I understand people can have difficult days, but this time I felt it was important to say that I didn’t appreciate the way the situation was handled. Another staff member overheard and responded professionally, saying, *“I will talk to her,”* which I did appreciate.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A little more care in customer interactions—especially in front of children—can make a big difference in the experience.

Coffee is practically like water!!!!! Waste of money Go to Starbucks on the other side of the freeway if you want decent coffee. Update. Went their second day in a row to try and get a better experience. This time instead of getting coffee that was watered down with milk. I got a black coffee without any creamer. Nobody listens!!!! This place is a waste of time Starbucks here I come.

Super friendly staff, they saw me standing there and instead of ignoring me, they approached me twice to ask what i was waiting for. The CocoMocha Latte was delicious and prepared like it's supposed to, no skimping or leaving any ingredients out.

The drive-thru was closed today, but no biggie it gave me a rare chance to stretch my legs and go inside. There was only one person ahead of us, just waiting on her drink, so things were looking good… or so I thought. We wanted to order with a human, but they were swamped, so we braved the self order kiosk. That’s when the real adventure began.
The kiosk and my coupon code clearly weren’t on speaking terms. After an awkward battle of wills (and buttons), we finally waved the white flag and asked for help. A crew member came to the rescue, quickly assessed the situation, and kindly took our order. The good news the wait time was short for our drinks we were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes, and I left with my food and my dignity mostly intact.

If they say their kitchen is closed (3hrs before closing) don't order food. even if they say itll just be a couple minutes more. My hashbrowns and sandwich had a cleaning chemical after taste . They also forgot my croissant and the syrup in my coffee.
Staff were very friendly and super helpful. My sandwich was cold but they made a new one for me literally within seconds.

I usually walk up due to drive-thru, always has a line. Today, 2/1/25. Today, there was no cars in the drive-thru line. I ordered 2 snackin bacon and a $6 dollar breakfast. Paid, and was asked to pull up to the rell. No one on the inside. Waited, so long I had to get out and go get my food. The individual that was Uber eats pulled up after me and got his food before mine. Why the long wait? I was the only customer.
