My father comes here every other week to buy chicken for himself and the stray cats who come over to his place to enjoy a hot meal. I went to fill out a heart shape box of tacos. Already had birria and asada, let's go get some chicken tacos. Let me say the workers alone made this place to avoid. Rude as fk. Ask for cash AFTER you order. Look at you like they got beef with you. Now, the chicken soft tacos, I honestly believed they would be shorter but it was a long soft flour tortilla, with little bits of shredded chicken, bits of tomatoes. Ton of lettuce pieces. No flavor. You taste lettuce and tortilla with a hint of tomatoes. Chicken isn't in there. Must be holding off on the salt lol. The whole chicken you order when my dad does order it. Highly dry. Every time. Churches chicken isn't too far. Tho greasy, it's quite better.

This review or 1 star is solely based on CUSTOMER SERVICE --HORRIBLE-- cashier does not greet you and when she was asked for her help or opinion on what to order she pretty much rolled her eyes! WOW *If your the owner and your reading this "you need to address this issue"! Remember customers are who keep your business running. If you don't mind the horrible customer service and want some delicious chicken and side dishes, you must try!

Ordered a family pack chicken rice beans and potatoe salad and as my family and I were eating the beans it had a rock literally. I called the guy mentioned he was sorry they had gotten a cheaper beans and they tried separating them from the beans!! If that's the case then your out of beans why do you sell beans with rocks. It can be dangerous!!! What is wrong w theses ppl!!!!

I have been going to El Pollo Dorado for years. The chicken is by far the best and it's the only reason that keeps me going back. But like other customers have stated, they are lacking in customer service. They need to improve drastically in knowing how to treat their customers.
