Bought a whole chicken and all of it was super dry. At first I thought I had grabbed a piece of breast, but upon inspecting the rest of the chicken everything was dry. It tasted like it had been sitting in there oven forever until they finally sold it. First and LAST time I ever go there. Maybe if you ask for freshly cooked chicken it may taste different.

I got the whole chicken entree. Image shows what u get for $17.53. The whole chicken is one of those smaller chicken you buy in a plastic bag at the supermarket. You also get 6 tortillas and some watered mild salsa. Chicken tastes pretty good. Not off the grill fresh but stored in oven to keep warm. Salsa was half water and the tortilla is not anything special. Will I repeat? No. Cost too much for what you get. See image. And the customer service is terrible. But i don't think it's a race thing. It feels that THEY are doing you the favor by selling to you their chicken. A shame they don't understand they aren't the only chicken shop in town.

Parking: Parking is very tight. Parking stalls are narrow, and people are parking in the fire lane, making it impossible to get out of parking stalls.
Worst customer service, I went there to get a whole chicken before going to the park with my kids I nicely ask for plates and forks and they literally told me we don’t give place for that chicken you got with an attitude I insisted that i needed then to feed my kids they told me that is not there problem how many kids I had to feed so rude .

2nd time going for my order I placed through doordash and they say they didn't receive any orders. 1st time the girl searched and searched and saw it elsewhere so she apologized and gave me my order. Today a heavier set man I didn't get his name I showed him a screenshot of the order and he said to me I don't see the order and walked away! So my mother went up there since it was placed through her phone and he told her same thing but b4 he could walk away she said either you give my my order, my money or I'll call the police...it took that for him to just provide service and give us our order. Horrible of that man! We come here very often. Their food is great but he makes me not want to go back!

Someone told me their potato salad is good so I had to get a large try for a party. I can't speak on the rotisserie chicken but the potato salad was pretty solid. I will have to come back from the chicken.

Came here on 9/1/23 because my mom and I wanted to try something different than the usual food chains we go to. Ordered the soft taco plate and it was absolutely disgusting. Chicken had zero flavor, was super wet which coupled with the flour tortillas made for a soggy, tasteless mess. I got through one taco and tried to fix the other two but it was just unfixable, so I had to throw it away. Zero stars. On the other hand, mom's two-piece chicken was good. It came with beans and potato salad. Potato salad was decent, beans were unseasoned. Two stars. Paid $17 in total for both meals. I won't go back.

I give them a three star because they have the most terrible customer service in all L.A. County. Everyone, especially the owners granddaughter, has the most stupid teenage attitude of them all, and she's already a woman. Leaving that attitude aside, the chicken is very very delicious ? it has soooo much flavor, and it's juicy and tender.The potatoe salad tastes homemade, very tasty too. I'm not a fan of their beans and rice, so I usually just order chicken and potatoe salad. The chicken already comes with tortillas and Salsa. I like the salsa too, it's just a regular tomatoe with serranos salsa.I'll just make beans and rice at home myself.Food has a 5 Star, and I'll even throw in an extra star. Sadly, the owner has to get better people to run that place. The owner herself is very sweet. I don't know why she's not there anymore but it would be nice to see her work her place again.

I went to this restaurant on 8/03/2023. their chicken is delicious. It has good flavor. But the customer service was horrible. I was waiting a long time. I let them know I was in the restaurant nobody came out from the back I had to literally yell and that’s when finally someone came out from the back at this point I had waited and I did not purchase anything. I let them know that I was waiting, for a long time they did not apologize. It seemed that they didn’t care. I just left at this point without purchasing anything I would never go back there again.
