Dirty Place order wrong got to wait thru drive thru to complain beans taste dirty rice dry out no tortillas rude. They know what they give people they need to shut this place down! I have one leg am disabled they don’t help you til you say something. Bad bad.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I personally love the burrito but last night I went to go purchase one before they closed like around 9:45pm and they gave me a MESS. So disappointed, I know they want to go home but they don’t have to serve me a slop, when I opened my burrito is was not wrapped properly and it was falling apart, so I went back around 10:30pm and they were cleaning up. I have never felt more humiliated in my life, I pulled in to the drive through to ask for a possible refund and they COMPLETELY ignored me, that were acting like I wasn’t waiting at the drive through window for about 5-10 mins, that can’t say the didn’t see me bc they were right beside the window. That’s so rude, it’s not hard to be polite, I comprehend they were closed but I just wanted to ask them for a refund. After waiting a worker who had already seen us but ignored us as well finally said his manager said that they couldn’t do anything about it or give me a refund for it, I felt disappointed because I felt like I was just throwing my hard earned money away. I will NEVER be coming to this location EVER again. Such rude people ignoring you like your invisible. I am not an animal to be giving slop and not even animal deserve to eat slop. May seem like I’m exaggerating but this is my favorite fast food so this is disappointing to me.

Hate using that kios machine. I will not buy food from here if I'm forced to use a kios machine. Take that out or lose customers ...especially if it's not a long walk up or drive thru ... no kios.. last my daughter 2 legs were burnt

Friendly and polite service, food order received yesterday not good at all, chicken not satisfactory too dry, pieces the size of a Cornish hen, churro dry not fresh usually my Compton El Pollo dishes are good.Sorry this time a criticism is necessary . Like I said service 5 stars always polite...

What a filthy dirty environment, and what is up with the no bathroom service for years they have been turning down the customer's who are the one's who make the people who own this filthy dump rich, and to think that hard earned dollars from the hard working people of this community,contributions to this business establishment is a slap to the face of the people who want to come sit down and enjoy their food......it should be two extra bathroom's added for all the money that the community brings to their business establishment........ period ‼️
