Food was mid at best, but the guy on the speaker in drive thru spoke so low it was kinda annoying. In a high traffic area you need to be as loud as possible.

Don't waste your money here . We ordered the three piece breast and wings and mashed potatoes that tasted old . We also wanted some napkins but were told there wasn't any in the back. We saw a gentleman ask for napkins and he got a few. I asked my boyfriend to go get a napkin but was told there isn't any. What a horrible environment to be in.

I come to get some food at 9:30 they are not open to go inside nor the drive thru and it is 9:42 and they are saying they are sort staffed and it’s 5 employees in the building! Then they have no real reason for them to still be closed. I am very displeased and this needs to be fixed!

Had a fantastic experience at El Pollo Loco! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing service from Dennis, the cashier. He was incredibly polite, patient, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back!
