I come to get some food at 9:30 they are not open to go inside nor the drive thru and it is 9:42 and they are saying they are sort staffed and it’s 5 employees in the building! Then they have no real reason for them to still be closed. I am very displeased and this needs to be fixed!

Had a fantastic experience at El Pollo Loco! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing service from Dennis, the cashier. He was incredibly polite, patient, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back!
One star because there is no 0! This pollo loco always has an issue! Last time out of chicken! Then closed early now they don’t take cash! Since when is cash not accepted at a pollo loco! That’s ridiculous not everyone has a debit or credit card!
