This El Pollo Loco was by far the worst experience I’ve had at an El Pollo Loco. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. The food did not taste fresh at all from the vegetables to the chicken to the tortillas. I ordered 2 chicken avocado tacos, and one of them had no avocado on it. It was clearly on my receipt, and I was surely charged for it. Definitely not the El Pollo Loco experience I’m used to. Very disappointing.

After getting donuts at Dunkin my wife cousin was hungry there's was a El Pollo Loco in this new shopping center. This El Pollo Loco is very nice we got that my wife cousin order we left.

This restaurant uses the doordash service. For large orders they keep the customer's tip, which by obligation corresponds to the doordash driver. They supposedly charged me 35 dollars for the doordash driver but in the end they kept most of it Of the tip they only paid 8.50 to the driver
ALWAYS check your food before leaving here. They rarely ever get my order right. They repeat it to you, everything seems good but when you get home you notice they gave you the wrong sides.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. Its happened to me multiple times and im always the one the get screamed at by my dad lol
