There's no people to take your orders your only option is to buy at a stupid computer. There's no way for me to customize my order the way I like with the dumb computer system. And I'd rather not have a soulless experience like I'm making an online purchase. Give me a cashier

My sister got back to the house and the macaroni and cheese was not in the bag! What a surprise the chicken wasn’t hard and burned as usual. You guys have got to get it together! I live in the area of this location, but instead of going to my local El Polo Loco, I drive to Gardena. They never disappoint! You guys could learn a lot about grilling chicken from them.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this El Pollo Loco location. On the day of my visit, I specifically chose to stop here because the drive-thru line was empty and I wanted a quick in-and-out experience. I arrived around 3:10 PM and placed a simple order waited over 30 minutes in the line. The manager promised to call me back to offer a gift card for my inconvenience but she never did! I’m done with El Pollo Loco!

Saturday 10.5.2025, I visited the store around 7pm. We ordered the 2 piece with 2 sides. The chicken was very dry and fie the first time the coleslaw was not good. I ordered 2 of the same, it cost $22.00. This visit gets 👎🏼👎🏼 down.

I got to the windows and the woman told me they opened at 10:00 a.m. what kind of services they're providing. It was completely ridiculous and stupid. I went online, saying totally different.
