There's no people to take your orders your only option is to buy at a stupid computer. There's no way for me to customize my order the way I like with the dumb computer system. And I'd rather not have a soulless experience like I'm making an online purchase. Give me a cashier

My sister got back to the house and the macaroni and cheese was not in the bag! What a surprise the chicken wasn’t hard and burned as usual. You guys have got to get it together! I live in the area of this location, but instead of going to my local El Polo Loco, I drive to Gardena. They never disappoint! You guys could learn a lot about grilling chicken from them.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this El Pollo Loco location. On the day of my visit, I specifically chose to stop here because the drive-thru line was empty and I wanted a quick in-and-out experience. I arrived around 3:10 PM and placed a simple order waited over 30 minutes in the line. The manager promised to call me back to offer a gift card for my inconvenience but she never did! I’m done with El Pollo Loco!

Saturday 10.5.2025, I visited the store around 7pm. We ordered the 2 piece with 2 sides. The chicken was very dry and fie the first time the coleslaw was not good. I ordered 2 of the same, it cost $22.00.
This visit gets 👎🏼👎🏼 down.

Sign says they open at 9:30. I'm currently here..it's not 10 and still not open. Then they come out and give you attitude telling you to wait. Very unprofessional! Second time this happens btw

This place is supposed to open at 9:30 a.m. and I'm waiting for someone to answer me thru drive-through and nothing. I got to the windows and the woman told me they opened at 10:00 a.m. what kind of services they're providing. It was completely ridiculous and stupid. I went online, saying totally different.
