Saturday 10.5.2025, I visited the store around 7pm. We ordered the 2 piece with 2 sides. The chicken was very dry and fie the first time the coleslaw was not good. I ordered 2 of the same, it cost $22.00.
This visit gets 👎🏼👎🏼 down.

This place is supposed to open at 9:30 a.m. and I'm waiting for someone to answer me thru drive-through and nothing. I got to the windows and the woman told me they opened at 10:00 a.m. what kind of services they're providing. It was completely ridiculous and stupid. I went online, saying totally different. After getting donuts at Dunkin my wife cousin was hungry there's was a El Pollo Loco in this new shopping center. This El Pollo Loco is very nice we got that my wife cousin order we left.
