I ordered on door dash and I was not disappointed. The catfish was perfect. I got greens and the rice & beans. They needed a little salt but they were great and cooked perfectly.
I really needed a good meal today and they definitely delivered

Ordered from then a few days the prices are high didn’t get what I paid for the sides are tiny fish was not crispy so overall I won’t spend my money with them again Ike’s to support out local black business but they make you not want to spend your money with them reds fish market it the best hands down

I didn't review this establishment when I visited last time because I like to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a bad day. However, the customer service definitely improved since my last visit. I like the food and the various options, especially the grilled fish and grilled veggies, so as long as the customer service is right, I will keep going back.

I have been coming here for a while now, and sadly they don’t take phone orders, they said due to staff shortage. I came in and there was no customers in line , and still no phone orders were being taken.

Listen Baybee this meal is delicious so sorry for me rushing out I was tryna hurry get home long day . Thank you to the cashier with the hair hanging down for punching in my card such a sweet heart … and the extra sauce . . And chef kiss to the chef couldn’t see you but I heard you like just gimme 30 more seconds I like my Cajun grilled fish cooked all the way . Y’all thank you made my day currently watching bloodhounds enjoying this delicious meal keep up the great presentation .. idk what baldy was talking about who dine in LOl ❤️❤️❤️
Good eating
The food quality from here has always been exceptional and well seasoned however the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house has degraded over the years and it seems no one cares to clean properly up front.
This is concerning as a customer because if what we can see is this dirty I can only hope what we can't see in the back is clean.
I am only disappointed because I've seen what Fishbone was when it opened and I would love to see it back that way with all the love and care this location deserves.
Wet floor signs are caked in dirt, the trash bin is also filthy and the wall next to it. Table legs are caked in grime and all the corners have dirt and grime caked on from improper mopping/cleaning. There is dust and grease caked on the ceiling tiles and there is also grease buildup on the walls in the back where the Fishbone logo is.
These issues are not from just a busy week and potentially being short staffed, that is months of neglect and lack of care for cleanliness.
Super crazy ..food is good but the phone was off on 3/6/25 starting at 11am..my friend ordered in person at 7:30pm...old worker told her they were not answering the phone today because they were short staff. Bad customer service but we'll seasoned food.
