Customer service was great food 1-10 the food was a 5.5 I had tilapia lunch whiting lunch it was ok I brought some oysters on the side disgusting I have never had oysters taste like that then I brought a half jar which supposed to come with 6 but they gave me 4 and they where disgusting I will never go here again

I ordered on Uber Eatts for a party….be careful when ordering from this establishment. I ordered 7lbs catfish and 4 orders hush puppies spent $188. I was delivered 10 pieces of fish. Robbery.
Instead of filing a complaint to Uber Eats on a minority owned business I tried calling the restaurant. I was put on hold for about 6 minutes after asking for a manager. A young man picked up asked me my issue. I explained that I wanted nothing, expected nothing other than for the restaurant to be mindful not to let that happen to anyone else. He pretty much dismissed me by asking if I had anything else to say. wow!

We enjoyed Fresh fried red snapper fried catfish the gumbo is to die for! Listening from North Carolina just googled it! We ate in the restaurant, but it’s only like four tables. It’s really take out at that location.
Vegetarian options: They have collard greens but the mixed vegetables which was pepper, yellow peppers, red peppers, green peppers, onions, and they were grilled and sautéed. Oh my goodness eat that with rice if you Are a vegetarian My friend ate those ate those first without rice and she said it was delicious!

Order thru Postmates, I received my order to much my surprise no shrimp after paying $28.00 for my order called fish bone restauran, I was told there was nothing they could do I needed to contact postmaster which I then asked do you think the driver ate them or did you facility forget to place them in my order. I was told they could not tell me. If you planning on ordering food I would say order somewhere else because if they mess up your order there is no accountability at this location.

I wanted to see what the hype was.. ordered a fried red snapper dinner. I get home, the majority of the fish was catfish.. so I called to let them know what happened. They gave me week to correct the issue. Went back the following week to get my do-over (showed them receipt)... smh they still didn't get it correct. They gave me grilled fish..(not snapoer again) smh Moral of the story THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION!!! AND THEY NEED TO CLEAN UP THE PLACE!!!!!
