i just went there and ask for a really great customer that i deal with before name Genesis and the two females working rn where rude and they close the window whispering idk what laughing we need more people like Genesis she is always great at her work be nice ask if we need anything else she make sure we have everything please have more people that care like Genesis
Today I went to Jack in the box in Compton and was attended by Adriana in the drive thru, she was very nice and her service was great appreciate it a lot.

Will no longer be going to this location. Orders have been incorrectly given on multiple occasions. It also doesn’t help that the cashier working drive through speaks to customers with a condescending tone and nasty attitude. The cashier with the dark makeup in particular working the night shift
makes each experience worse than the last. Wrong orders, items that were purchased are not in the bag, and as understanding as you try to be to the staff this is the result.
I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff here. They consistently have to deal with homeless and druggged individuals harassing customers and asking for money, but they try handle or ignore these tough situations incredibly well. Their patience and professionalism are truly commendable.

If I could give this guys 0 stars it would a lot for them...the cashier's are always so rude almost as if they didn't want to be doing the job, orders come out wrong very often and even if you try to be as polite as you can the attitude won't change.
I wouldn't recomend this place at all. Really bad service.

Im a regular customer at this location. I always use drive-thru. Most of the cashiers attitude is decent, except for one girl . (Dark eye make-up) she has horrible customer service. As soon as you pull up and start ordering all she responds is ok , ok , ok . Sounds annoyed and rude. And most of the time my order is wrong and I have to add items again at the window. I honestly don't want to stop here unless is necessary, but I've started going to a different location even is is farther from my home.

Horrible service. I send my boyfriend to buy the breakfast deluxe. And they just send egg, fresh toast ssg, they didn't even ask for a choice of pancake they just put the fresh toast. I have call many times they never answer the phone. Is like if they do it on purpose.

I made an online order through the app last night and when i went through the drive through, the lady already sounded like she had an attitude. She asked what my name was i provided it and she gave me my bag. I opened the bag just because I’ve had issues where they forgotten stuff. Of course the first thing i noticed is i have all regular fires when the order had one curly fry on it (which fries were lukewarm / cold. That wasn’t a big deal cause the items were there. As i began to drive off i checked the order via app once more, i noticed my side salad wasn’t in the bag. I immediately did a Turin and went back into the drive through and informed her that i just left and my side salad wasn’t missing. As i pulled up to the window she looked like she had an attitude already and asked for the bag. She asked “are you sure it isn’t in there because i packed everything myself?”, i told her it wasn’t and she proceeded to to take the bag back with 2 of her other coworkers and they began to ransack my bag of food. There were only two bags in there and you can tell if the side salad was in there or not. After returning my bag she handed me the side salad and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge she was in the wrong, i said thank you and she just kept quiet with a disgusted look on her face. I’ve also had friends that said they have encountered horrible experiences with her attitude as well. She works the late night shift. I’m not sure if she is racist or was just having a bad night but either way you shouldn’t bring that energy into a workplace when you are dealing with other food when we spend hard earned money with the company.
