Buckle up, this is a good one. I placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive thru. 20 minutes later I go to the restaurant and let them know I have a mobile order. The guy goes and gets someone else and they tell me, “oh yea sorry your order has already been picked up.” Lol then I said, “well ok so someone stole my food” and I just stared at her. She again apologized as if I’m supposed to leave. Yea that wasn’t going to happen. They went ahead and remade my food that they mistakenly gave away the first time. What a joke jack in the box. Horrible customer service.

I received my order and was missing items. I go back get my missing items ask if that was everything. The cashier said yes, I get home and order is not what we ordered. I called talked to the person in charge and said she couldn't help me that there was nothing she could do and I had to wait till the morning and see what they could do. They need to get it together and confirm the orders are being completed accurately and a timely manner. It also doesn't help that the cashier looks like he's high, and maybe that's why my order wasn't taken correctly. Bad experience avoid wasting your money and not receiving your orders to their entirety

We ordered chicken strips, spicy chicken sandwich, egg rolls, tacos and potato wedges. The chicken strips were dry as hell, like they were sitting out all day. The egg rolls were old, and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. And when did they start putting ranch on the potatoes wedges, that was horrible. ??????? my family threw everything in the trash. 37 dollars wasted. Thanks Jack!!!!
