The service, food, cocktails, and wine list are all excellent. We love Jade Palace for their focus on the customer. They serve very tasty Asian food that reminds us of our East Coast roots.

Sat in room on a Saturday night to the left of reception area. Big mistake. All big parties so lots of noise and spotty service. Took thirty minutes to get appetiser. And there also must have been some sort of ventilation problem because it got smokey and stuffy and uncomfortable. I usually love this place but will not go back on a weekend.

I delivered here many times. Kitchen is clean. The food is very good. After food quality I have to see the kitchen. Here it’s clean. I will come when in the area. Staff is good humored.

We love both Jade Palace locations. Last night we enjoyed the Shea location and as always, the food was delicious, the service perfect, etc. Our server was Bella, who could not have been more professional nor attentive. All of our apps and entrees were perfectly prepared. I continue to give Jade Palace (Shea and PP) 5+ stars!!!! Keep up the great work. Bud McLarty

We always enjoy Jade Palace but there a small issue, the ribs appetizer were very good and then for some reason they were not, so we stopped ordering them for a while. Tried them last night and didn't care for it, for some reason they're just too tough.

This is our go to restaurant. Best Chinese food this side of Chicago. From the owner Leon to his bartender Stephanie and their entire staff they are the best.

We introduced Jade Palace to some friends, and they were blown away with the deliciousness of the food and the great service. They said it will definitely be put on their list of restaurants to frequent.

Cathy was our waitress! She was amazing! Kind,attentive. She is a true gem the food was incredible as always. Egg rolls were amazing as were the lettuce wraps.

The food and service are great! We are vegetarian and the choices and quality of the meals were outstanding!! Service was great!
