Coworkers and I were planning a lunch for Halloween and we all planned ahead of time, sent everyone the link to THEIR MENU so we had the order ready.
Turns out menu items have been discontinued for 5+ years, the prices are all different , gratuity was adjusted by the owner himself, owner said the food would take 2 hours bc he had to “hire a chef” ? They decided to cancel the order instead bc of the service and misinformation!
Our coworker tried to bring back a copy of the receipt to show everyone the change in amount and the owner followed them to the door demanding “give me the receipt”!!!
It was 16+ orders so 16+ of us were disappointed and WILL NOT TAKE OUR BUSINESS THERE!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional, I was ordering for my coworkers and based my order off of the online menu. The order came out to over $400 when I went in and they TIPPED THEMSELVES $60!! So many of the orders were WAY OVER PRICED and they said the online menu was over 6 years old and one of the orders wasn’t available anymore!!! They gave me so much attitude and blamed me!!! And they tried to snatch my receipt!!!??? What th was that about!! Yeah no everything was super overpriced and the fact that they tipped for themselves and added more after!!

Very fresh and very tasty fish is what we received. Itamae did not have everything that was on the menu, however, he was there to point out the better and fresher items and there was not one issue with anything that we ordered. He also presented us with a little concoction on the house- very nice!
