#1- horrible customer service and taking accountability of their actions
#2- sold me a BURNT REHEATED chicken!! Most likely left overs from the night before
#3- I called and he hung up on me when i mentioned the issue and asked for a refund. Told me i had the wrong number.
Save your money and go to somewhere else instead! This is not the first time we have experienced this!

I’ve been coming here for years. The Pollo Asada is delicious and always fresh. Customer service is 10/10. I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately, I have to say the tortillas are not good and they charge 75 cents extra when paying with debit.

Stop by to check out a promo, they had but right away they had terrible attitude as if they didn’t want to sell to you, get better people running the front of your restaurant.

The food was good. I ordered an 8pc meal , 2 drinks , sope and had to order extra tortillas because the order only comes with 3 🫤 came to be about $49.00.

First day I bought the way the owner was very despotic and for the second the chicken was bad, it has no flavor, it is very dry, the sauces have a bad taste and the rice is very bad. I will not buy there again.

First time ordering here. I took a chance and absolutely regret it. My order arrived incomplete. When I called to notify the restaurant, the guy who answered the phone took zero accountability and instead blamed it on the UBER driver. He said the UBER DRIVER probably went into my bag and grabbed my side of beans, for which i paid almost $6 for! Sure, that's a possibility but his tone was completely off. He had a horrible attitude. Mind you, even though I was irritated I never once raised my voice nor used profanity. I kept calm but I did express my discontent and let him know that I would be disputing my order thru UBER EATS. He said "Go ahead, byyyyeeee". And hung up on me. I was so upset, almost wanted to drive to the restaurant. Nah, he's not worth my time. I did however submit a dispute to UBER EATS. The employee in question should not be serving customers. He would probably do a better job in the back washing dishes!

The chicken was very dry. The "handmade" tortillas were super thick, like gorditas. Couldn't even fold them they were so thick. The pico de Gallo was not fresh, seemed days old and mushy. Never ordering from this place again!
