They are good and use to have good customer service to all not just Hispanics before they had the close down the ladies in there now are races and always have attitude. I told them I wanted my fries crispy. She said no crispy right now we are busy I said that’s how I want my food. She called the manager over. He said 40 minutes to make fries crispy fries all because he really didn’t want me to have the crispy fries. They wanted to cook my food the way they wanted to, but wanted me to pay the money. In full not right. Will not be returning. Trump nd friends will like it there most of the workers do not speak English

First off the cashiers at the drive thru are not nice at all.. the food is ok, but this time the chili cheese fries were horrible the taste was bad and they had big balls of meat that had some red stuff . I think the food is overpriced because its not that great.

The food is good but the Female employees always seem to rush you to order at the drive thru like ladies let's take your voice down a notch and when a customer says give me a min don't let 20 seconds pass by and say are you ready to order😑😑 like let's have some patience and give a min then ask again... Also everything is sold separately like Wtheck y'all need to start selling combs especially with the hamburger and sandwiches as well ..

I went to Louis Burger and ordered a burger and fried zucchini. The zucchini was so spongy and soft that I couldn’t even eat it ...it had no crunch at all, almost like it had been freezer-burned. I called, and they told me to come back so they could replace it. When I got there, they did replace it, but when I got home, it was the exact same issue again.
On top of that, the drive-thru service was very rude. The woman at the window didn’t greet me or say anything at all. She just stuck her hand out of the window holding the bag ... no “here you go,” no acknowledgement, nothing.
Overall, between the poor food quality and the lack of customer service, this was a really disappointing experience. I hope they improve both.

My go to meal here, other than the chile cheese fries, is the pastrami wrap with chile and cheese. The pastrami is incredibly tender, and the chile adds the perfect kick. I also appreciate that they stay open late, making it easy to enjoy great food anytime!

Porkchops with eggs in the morning is my favorite. Chicken salads are good and the bacon and eggs sanwich recommend that too plus chili cheese fries with the banana peppers are very good too.

Love the good here. Food good decent prices but the customer service sucks. The lady in the intercom rushes you when taking your order then when you ask for extra ranch or thousand she ignores you then has to charge ur card twice just so they can charge the card fee twice very rude. If people don’t like their job they should really get a job they enjoy instead of being rude to the customers.
