This place is a real disaster..needs to be organized and managed by an experienced person..time waiting too long because the bad organization.
It was incredibly busy the last time I visited (at least the drive-thru was, I didn't look inside). Took maybe almost 30 mins just for a single caramel frappe.

The McDonald’s on S Compton Blvd offers the usual fast-food convenience and familiar menu, but the overall experience can be uneven. The food is generally fresh and prepared as expected, yet service speed varies—sometimes quick, other times frustratingly slow even with few customers. The dining area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times, as tables and floors can get messy. Drive-thru accuracy also needs improvement, as orders occasionally come out missing items. Staff members are polite but seem overworked at times. It’s a decent spot for a quick bite, but better consistency and upkeep would make it a smoother experience

I hate the way they make you stand at these computers now. That's why they lost me as a customer. I was here for my wife and my son was with me. So he made the order on the computer monitor for his mom.

Placed an order at 10:27 am breakfast time and when I got to this Macdonald's they told me that because I got there are at 10:32 they couldn’t work on my order. That I had to be there at 10:30. The person that answered we thought the voice on the drive thru was rude. Will never return here again.

They always get my order wrong, have to wait for than 20 minutes even if I order ahead online, and they don't give refills. Taking my business somewhere else.

My mom she's a senior and friend went there today and they don't how to use the order screens and employee of McDonald's refuse to take there order and told them they had to use the screen so they asked for help and she attended them with great attitude, if people don't know how to use the screen they should help them at the counter.

Implementing a dedicated pick-up window or a streamlined process for delivery drivers could significantly improve order turnaround times and enhance customer satisfaction. Many McDonald's branches have found that such an arrangement reduces congestion within the store and allows drivers to quickly collect orders and proceed with deliveries.
I believe addressing this issue will not only improve operational efficiency but also help maintain the brand’s reputation for timely service.
