Yesterday on sep 10,2024 I asked for hot mustard for my fries from one of the higher up main managers and she said I had to pay for the sauce which is understandable for the sauce and she said the sauce only comes with chicken nuggets today on sep 11,2024 i got a 10 peace chicken nugget and i got ranch and buffalo i also told the cashier to add hot mustard instead she put mild picante i asked that same manager for hot mustard and how the cashier put the wrong sauce and she told me i still have to pay and i said im not gonna get in that big line again for one sauce fpr the cashier mistake that main manager gave me a ugly face and gave me a open hot mustard. Very rude main managers they need to go back in training I also work at Macdonald and I would never treat my customers like not even my managers are rude.

What a bad service and what an arrogant person to ask for and who doesn't know what I'm talking about if he doesn't know the menu here, why does he work here, let him teach himself how to treat people and the managers, it's bad that they don't pay attention to their employees.

This is the second time this happened to me. I didn’t wanna post it last time but this time I’m I’m here to do so. These are not large fries. I just got home took them out of the bag these together make one large they need to stop doing that to people. Also, the managers are very rude and disrespectful. Also racist. I witness that they let a Hispanic lady use the restroom but did not let the African-American lady use. The restroom was told that it was not working! And to mention the African-American lady was a pain customer and was told the restroom was working! I hope McDonald’s corporate read these reviews and start getting their act together

Very bad service, they made me wait 15 minutes for a coffee and an apple pie and there were no people inside. I told the person who served me to add extra sweet and he told me "IT IS CHARGED EXTRA" and he didn't even ask me, do you want to pay for the extra? VERY STRICT..
