They force you to use Kiosk. When you don't use it (KIOSK) you have to wait until the runner has completed the deliveries for drive up, curbside, and lobby customers. Now it's your turn 20 minutes later. I hate that they are doing this and all of the McDonald's.

Stale muffins on Sausage Mcmuffin with eggs. OLD OIL (SEED OIL) taste on hash browns. Seriously wanted to go back and get my money. Went to another McDonald's in Los Alamitos on Katella, totally different experience. Took that food to my daughter. Probably all trash

They don't know their prices, and can't do math... I ordered a regular Quarter Pounder at the drive-thru, and when I got to the cashier window discovered I was charged for a double Quarter Pounder. I pointed this out, and the cashier kept insisting it didn't matter because they were the same price. When I got to the pickup window, I asked how much a regular Quarter Pounder cost, and was told it was $1.60 less than the double. When I said I had been overcharged, she got a manager who first told me they were the same price, then told me it was just a few cents cheaper. I kept telling her the difference between $6.39 and $7.99 was $1.60, she kept telling me it wasn't. Finally they refunded the $1.60, conveniently not including the tax...
