Jenny and her team are great! We love the bun cha and banh mi - soo delicious. I blanked the last time I was there and forgot my purse and Jenny kept it safe until I came back. Highly recommend!

Review for food, not restaurant. Was in the mood for a banh mi sandwich, and didn't want a burger. I got the grilled pork sandwich and it was very underwhelming.
1. Price was around $10 with tax. Most expensive banh mi I've ever bought. 2. Bread was warm but not toasty. 3. Seriously skimped on the veggies. See image. 4. The banh mi had a slight sweet taste to the spread that wasn't overwhelming. 5. Pork was seasoned well and tasted good.
Would I buy again? No. Too costly for what you get. If they worked on the toasty bread, filled in more veggies, added another 10% -15% more meat, then it is a maybe. It's not their fault because taxes are making food more expensive.

Great food! We ordered large bowl of spicy soup and vermicelli salad with egg rolls and meat. Meat is perfectly cooked as well as egg rolls, too. Worth it. Definitely will be back and good for recommendations.

Food is okay. They gave me the old menu and charged me more. When I asked the price difference, they show me the new menu. lol. Smart way to steal money.
Very good food and affordable prices, much better than cousin's food. That food gives me a stomach ache and is expensive.

The owner I guess we’ll the woman that is there her attitude is terrible no type of customer service I have ordered for myself before and I have also picked up as a delivery driver for Uber and she will kill your whole mood the food was just as nasty and cold as her attitude ?? but I’m never coming back not even to pick up for Uber. But if your black and craving pho go to the one not too far from this location they are soo welcoming and not rude or racist it’s called PHO Crystal 3
