I JUST HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A BLACK AMERICAN WOMAN THAT THEY HAVE AS A MANAGER I NEEDED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DID NOT SPEAK SPANISH I DID NOT EVEN WAIT BECAUSE THEY DO HAVE STAFF WHO SPEAK SPANISH AFTER I WAITED IN LINE I WENT TO THE WINDOW AND WHEN I ARRIVED SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK AROUND TO ORDER WITH THOUSANDS OF CARS BEHIND ME IN CONCLUSION I COULD NOT ORDER IT IS A LACK OF RESPECT THAT THEY PUT THAT TYPE OF WOMEN IN THE WINDOW SERVING THE PUBLIC SO SELF-SUFFICIENT THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND THE TRUTH IS THAT I LEFT BECAUSE THE ONES IN THE BACK ARE NOT TO BLAME THAT SHE IS SO DISGUSTING
